Before the Loyd’s implemented their backyard vision, while large, the backyard lacked any enjoyable space. The adjoining roofline, though, offered a perfect place to tuck in a covered porch and outdoor kitchen and the large open yard became the perfect spot for a custom pool.

The entire outdoor area was built from the ground up to cater specifically to a lifestyle of hosting, entertaining and year-round enjoyment.
The Highlights
Custom Pool Addition: Because the yard was surprisingly large and hidden from the street, it provided the perfect footprint to install a non-negotiable must-have: a swimming pool.
Seamless Covered Patio: Taking advantage of the existing roofline, a covered porch was added to create a natural extension of the home.
Outdoor Kitchen & Grill: To maximize functionality, the space includes a full outdoor kitchen featuring a grill with a dedicated gas line.
All-Season Features: The space is designed for year-round use, featuring a cozy fireplace for winter and a large ceiling fan to keep things cool during the summer heat.
Garage Hangout: Right off the outdoor living area is the three car garage with the ultimate play zone.
